"Absolutely beautiful castle! Everything so well maintained, staff knowledgeable of gluten free needs. Staff was very helpful in everything. My only thing was I didn’t have slippers in my room. Other than that our stay was absolutely fantastic."

"Most of the staff were lovely and went out of their way to accommodate requests or needs. Service for meals was fairly slow, so plan accordingly. Food quality and temperatures should definitely be I Improved. While the property was lovely, the furnishings were a bit shabby and worn down. It wouldn’t take much to raise the standard and impression. Finally, the write ups and marketing should be more truthful about what can be seen on property and how authentic the current building truly is. Those looking for royalty to have stayed at the ‘castle’ will be let down."
