My daughter graduated this weekend from the GGU, and my husband retired from 30 years Active Duty service (US Navy); when we checked into our rooms they had set up a complimentary charcuterie board and bottle of champagne.. along with a card. I highly recommend this hotel! It won’t disappoint "

"Honestly there was slight mishaps at the start of the stay but the staff handled it very well along with the manager when he was made aware during the day since the issue happened at night time. Really nice hotel. Honestly the only downside is their parking. There is a parking structure next door that's pretty costly but has in & out privileges so makes it a little better."

"This was a comfortable stay for an event at Grace Cathedral, also on Nob Hill. There aren't many dining options, though, and the hotel restaurant did not impress, either for eating in or room service. The service was great, but the food was- okay, not great. And pricey! There's just not much available on the Hill, though there are many options a bit further afield for those willing to go out. The standout for me was the helpfulness and knowledge of the concierge, Ric. He went above and beyond to...

"We stayed at the Westin because we had a very early flight. The property was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We needed to use the shuttle to get to airport. The shuttle was on time and driver was very pleasant!"

"We had a double room above 30th floor, with awesome city views - we could see Alcatraz and peek at both the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges. We were right by the elevators and while I could hear them, I was so tired from days that they didn't keep me up or wake me up, but that might be a problem for some. Great lobby and lounge/bar downstairs to meet with friends before heading out."
