"Friendly check-in, beautiful hotel and lovely room. Restaurant experience let it down. Arrived at hotel at 7:30pm after a 4 hour drive and was told restaurant quiet so no need to book, but when coming to eat 15minutes later the greeter felt it necessary to loudly tell us off for not booking and made a great show of considering whether he could fit us in (when 90%+ of the tables were free). Food quality patchy. "

"Would definitely stay here again. Although close to Bristol, it was lovely and quiet. We wanted a twin room really but one was not available so booked a family room. Unfortunately the second bed hadnt been made up when we arrived but as soon as we brought it to the attention of staff, it was sorted out. Cafe /bar next door, ideal for a quiet drink and breakfast in the morning. Staff were really friendly and helpful. An ideal place for overnight stop off."

"We had a wonderful stay! We felt that it was really good value for money. The hotel was beautifully clean and tidy and looked modern. The spa and pool were lovely and easy to locate and access. The rooms were great and the rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond when welcoming us into the hotel and made my 4 year old feel really special. We will be back again! "

"Lovely room - large, comfortable and well maintained. The only issue was the lights - we couldn't work out which switches worked which lights - they were really confusing. Didn't spoil our stay, just frustrating. There was no information about the hotel facilities - no brochures seems standard now but also no information page on the TV and no-one mentioned whether there was a gym etc. Breakfast was nice. Very well positioned for the town."

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel 131 The Promenade, recommended by a friend who also had a great experience. We opted for one of the high-end rooms, which was huge with an amazing and extremely spacious bathroom. The hotel staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was very buzzy, with bars and even a DJ outside, making us feel like we were at a beach club. As a couple, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. The hotel is very fun and beautifully...
