"This was the best hotel in Lisbon! We found Lisbon to be somewhat crowded (especially when cruise ships are in). This hotel allowed us to walk all over Lisbon and be in the best areas but out of the hustle when we return. That was amazing. This hotel had the best service and I would compare the service to a Ritz or 4 seasons. Everyone is attentive! We appreciated that! We thought the food was amazing. The bar drinks were too. Hands down I would choose this hotel again. They made our trip...

The restaurant was beautiful and the spa totally enjoyable. I can’t say enough excellent things. The location was great, near everything, exciting restaurants and night life. Easy six star stay"

"Excellent hotel and staff. They got in contact prior to our arrival. Service was friendly and professional. It was twenty minutes to walk into the heart of the city. It was though up a steep hill but that said where isn't in Lisbon. We would stay agin. "

"Really centrally located and nicely appointed hotel. Staff were great and we even got a welcome drink as we checked in. They kept our baggage until we were able to check in. Room was excellent and the bar had a great selection of food. Only complaint was that we had to ask 3 times for extra coffee pods - one coffee in the morning wasn’t enough for us! They did eventually get us the extra caffeine we needed though."
