"Once we really enjoyed our stay at the Lowry Hotel"
The Lowry is an excellent hotel and well worth a visit. Unfortunately on this occasion the restaurant was very busy in the evening and the service over dinner was very slow and disappointing which to be fair is unusual.

"Very noisy"
The hotel itself is very convenient and glamorous, but the room was very noisy throughout the night from both inside and outside the hotel. There is double glazing, but ineffective. The internet although free is poor and the television service similar. The television in the room I stayed in stopped working altogether. Not worth the expense even for the convenience.

"Good Appartment"
Although this hotel was good and excellent for what we paid it was very hard to find. After 20 minutes of circling the area with a Sat Nav we actually found it with the help from a traffic warden who told us he get asks almost every day several times the whereabouts of this hotel. The only sign was a very small name on the hotel door. Apart from that we found our apartment lovely, it was clean and well maintained. The reception area needs a little revamping.
