"Found check in difficult. Had to go into bar, find registration, wait for help and then the room was in a totally different building."

"Ideal location for the university open day. We didn't use the bar or have breakfast but staff were helpful. The room was tired and in need of refurb but it was clean."

"The room was overlooking the Loch. The staff were very helpful with things that we wanted to know. Not to impressed with breakfast, the evening meal was good."

"The Colessio is perfectly situated for exploring the historic old town and castle and for venturing down the hill to the town centre. I cannot fault anything from walking into a light and comfortable reception to leaving after a tasty and filling Scottish breakfast after one of the most comfortable night's sleeps I've ever had in a hotel. The bed was just perfect as was the room and its amenties."
