He checked us in smoothly, spoke excellent English, and went above and beyond by arranging a massage for us, which turned out to be absolutely incredible. The massage was one of the best we've had — incredibly relaxing and professionally done. Highly recommend booking one if you're staying here! The buffet breakfast was another highlight. So many delicious options, fresh ingredients, and a beautifully arranged spread. If you have the time, it's definitely worth enjoying it every day during your stay. We also loved the pool and spa area — everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day out in the city. What we enjoyed the most is that the staff was amazing, always asking us if they can do anything to make our stay great and offering drinks.
