"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were really friendly and relaxed, the room in the main building was fine, the grounds are magnificent, the swimming pool massive and the restaurant superb. Only two small gripes. There was a terrble smell in the middle of one night and some construction traffic early in the morning at a site well behind the hotel was a bit noisy but I would still recommend this hotel. "Absolutely amazing. Even the morning was cloudy and overwhelmed with fogs, the view was spectacular with view of 'Abbaye de San Galgano'. The breakfast buffet was also more than delicious. Specifically, the salamis were cut from the staffs, not those bought from manufactured products, which also tasted great. The person who helped our check-in and -out was the only person fluent in English, but you can conversate with other staffs with no problem using your body language, don't worry about this....

"A great hotel - friendly, welcoming & very friendly staff. Very helpful & I really felt welcomed! The breakfast staff were wonderful - with special mention to Bedere - who was always happy to go the extra mile. The coffee was great, thank you! I liked that the hotel was just outside the main centre - but a very easy walk to the centre, & away from the noise, parties & drums 😋. I thought the hotel went beyond the norm to make the hotel guests feel welcome. Such friendly and pleasant staff - and along with the location and comfortable & clean rooms - I really enjoyed my stay in lovely Siena👍👍👍👍👍!"
