"Reception desk was helpful and great. Rooms were fine although they do not replace towels or come to replace used coffee cups. Electrical outies are inconveniently placed with mirrors unavailable near them to use for getting ready, drying hair, etc. Unless you pay for the full breakfast you can’t get coffee other than what’s in the room which is sub par. Had to ask twice for more coffee supplies. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location. "

"Quiet and clean. Walking distance to the city centre. If you want to leave the busy, noisy city but still have walking distance to everything this place is good. Dunnes is close by 5 mins walking"

"This hotel is located right I. The middle of Quay street close to all the activities. In fact it’s directly across from the Quays Bar which is convenient but also noisy. The bar opens late so the noise doesn’t come down until after 2 AM. Our room faces the street and we had to use the provided ear plugs. Other rooms not on the Quay street may be quieter. Our room was simple but was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly too. Would stay again and ask for a quieter room."

"Amazing little spot with perfect sized rooms. We were two couples travelling together and the rooms suited our needs perfectly. The staff was very accommodating and check in/out was a breeze. Cannot recommend this property enough. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer! "
