"Location of this unit is excellent - between Banff and Canmore. Loved outdoor amenities of grill and fire pit areas. The unit is very clean, well maintained and very well appointed. Can't think of anything we might have needed in the unit that the owner had not thought about providing. Check in and exit were smooth process. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. "We loved the central location and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We were able to get a different room with a nicer shower after having requested an accessible one. The staff helped plan excursions and always answered questions with a smile. I was concerned about construction noise at the property but it was totally fine. Yes, the lobby was shabby but the rooms were great!"
