The room was very small, but functional. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and linens, and quiet. Check in was almost too quick - I had a hard time catching everything she was saying. Super convenient to rail station and many restaurants. Great value for money but if you are a large person who has trouble in small places you might want to try somewhere else.

Not far to walk from train station and shopping centre staff were helpful we used it as a quick overnight stay so didn't need all the trimmings but still had good bathroom and TV in room.

Booked a double room last minute, hotel was ok to get to, check in was easy and staff are polite. Basic double room with no windows was very small but clean. Ok facilities inside the room.

Staff very nice, room fine, of small. Clean, but super noisy and horrible bed. You could hear everything from next room and corridor as well as loud music from a bar pr soemthing, I assume, until midnight.

I'm familiar with the concept of super-budget hotels, but easyHotel is just taking the piss. Disgraceful room -- permanently damp feeling. Nothing to put your clothes on at night -- not a table, a chair, nothing. Not even a plastic cup to allow me take my medication. An empty box room with bed only -- costing £195 for 3 nights. You should be ashamed of yourselves for this rip-off masquerading as part of the hospitality sector. I'll be submitting a review on several portals.

Good location but very basic.
Positives: Excellent location. Easy to find. Plenty of car parks nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Negatives: Room extremely small. Could barely get past the end of the bed. Music from the bar next door could be heard until late.

Would stay here again
For a budget hotel, this was really good. Very clean, comfortable bed, great shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that I turned the TV on and it got stuck on the guide page, and I couldn't turn it off. In the end, I had to take the card out to turn the electrics off. The TV worked fine after this

It was a cheap "crash pad". I arrived at 10pm and left at 8.30am. I used no facilities other than the room and did not require any. The location is very convenient for New Street train station. It was probably the smallest room I've ever stayed in but fine for my purposes. Two adults may find it too claustrophobic. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. For the low price I cannot complain. I would not hesitate to book again if I had a similar schedule.
