Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication

Host cancelled my reservation in the last minute with booked on another portal reason left me sleeping on the station as I could not find any place to sleep. Host most likely took advantage of high demand for accommodation for that weekend to make more profit. I am short of words.

Cancelled on me 2 day's prior to my stay leaving us struggling to book somewhere else. Said they had overbooked on another platform. I had booked this 3 months before my stay. Messaged them and no reply.
