"Just in for one night, for a celebration of a colleague's 50 years in the entertainment industry. We've stayed in the Leonardo in Brighton, which was excellent, and got the same experience here. The staff are exceptional in all areas, from check-in to the chap clearing the tables at breakfast: unfailingly polite and helpful, Breakfast was perfect, the room spotlessly clean and, most importantly for my wife, almost totally silent. Top marks to all."

"Rooms are small but adequate. Air conditioning good Staff were helpful but there was an obvious shortage of staff on at breakfast, food running out, machine new needing servicing and top ups. The shower curtain had some mould on it. One lift out of action so waiting times to get to 4th floor not good. Parking is overtly expensive at £19 a day"
