"The executive room is spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay with 2 occupants. The bathroom aesthetics is on par with a 5 star hotel. Pros: - bus station within walking distance - slippers, bathrobe, and toiletries provided - TV has chrome cast - refillable glass bottle for water dispenser - coffee and tea bar available for purchase - reception attentive and very patient - housekeeping daily and upon request Cons: - gym has limited equipment and is very small - one key card eventually stopped working but they did fix it upon request - housekeeping ignoring our door signs (do not clean room today sign) and attempted to open our door when we were inside - glass cups provided inconsistently changed (sometimes 1 and not the other) - pillows sink in - towels are rough (except one day) Overall, I would come back regardless of the cons. The hotel is almost just as amazing as a 5 star hotel. "
