I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong. "You need a key fob to get in the building and a physical key to get in the unit. Pickup for these was a 10 minute walk and included crossing a crazy intersection at Vauxhall. I had to get the keys from a convenience store and talked to someone who barely spoke English. The entire transaction seemed super shady. Then we had to walk 10 min back toward Vauxhall (luggage in tow!) to the building. The building itself is right outside of the train station, which was super convenient, but the key pick...

"I was unable to enter this property even though I followed instructions stated that they will contact me with check in details on the day. I waited outside for over an hour. Leaving numerous messages with no luck. I contacted virtual assistant on hotels.com who also was unable to get any response from the hosts. So they happy to take my money yet I couldn’t enter this property. I travelled over 4 hours to get here and then was disappointed to have to book other accommodation 12 miles away, at...
