"The room itself was fair. The check in process was horrible. I paid to upgrade my room and have a high floor. Upon arrival (check in @3pm) they had me and my wife waiting for 2 hours to get our room. They said they would call when it was ready, they didn’t. I was sitting right next to the reception desks, nobody informed me. After approaching to see if it was ready, they said the room was ready after 2 whole hours. We just flew in and were exhausted and had to wait 2 hours for a room that we had booked well before that day. The customer service was trash in this experience. I kept asking why this would happen and they just kept ignoring me. Unacceptable behavior. They proceeded to give me 1 drink voucher. Not even 2 for me and my wife. Look elsewhere."

"Clean quiet dark rooms in a minimalist pod hotel. No windows in rooms. If you’re sharing a room, be sure it’s with someone you’re comfortable with as there is little personal space (including the bathroom)."

"We loved our stay from the welcome on arrival to being asked if we wanted to leave our luggage when we checked out had dinner one night was so fresh and tastey breakfast was the nicest I’ve had anywhere in a uk hotel so much choice I loved the olives cheese and meats my hubby loves the pancake machine Great value for money for a spa hotel in London Love to come back "

"Great location! Walkable to all many historical locations and close to the St James tube. Check-in was simple. We opted for the Superior or bigger room and although smaller than what we’re used to, was quite sufficient with a king bed. Room was a little dated but comfortable. Breakfast was affordable and had a variety of self serve options. We stayed 7 nights and staff was wonderful. Would come back."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Very modern and clean. The lifts were fab and very speedy too. I didn’t get chance to use the swimming pool but that looked absolutely amazing. The breakfast was lovely too "
