A éviter!

Check-in process was nonsense. We were initially denied our room even though we had pre-paid for it in Expedia. The clerk wanted proof from me it was paid. Luckily I had the receipt with me, but this was unacceptable to the clerk. He wanted to see that it had been charged and paid for to a credit card. Couldn't he have simply called Expedia if he wanted "proof"? For some reason, he accepted an email confirmation from Expedia instead (which had even LESS information than the receipt). Aggravating, unreasonable, stressful and unnecessary. I've had over 300+ hotel stays and this is a first. Can't recommend, and if you do decide to complete your stay, make sure to have everything printed (emails, receipts, etc.) and ensure you can call Expedia if there are issues.

The room is small and the breakfast is not the best quality, but you get what you pay for. Overall a good place if you need to stay one night in Cancun to leave to get a flight or take the ferry to Isla Mujeres.

Fotos enganam

O hotel não é legal . As fotos enganam bastante.

Cheap but not worth it

The rooms were smaller than I expected. The breakfast is good, but it can be that it won't be sufficient for you. Additionally, during the weekend, you have the risk that the neighbors start drunk "singing" rancheras from 4 am till 8 am.
