"We had a wonderful time at GR Solaris Cancun and Spa. Traveled with another couple. Everyone from reception to concierge to servers in all of the restaurants and bars and servers at the pool area were excellent. Very kind, fast, friendly and they all work so hard. Special shout out to Angel and Feliciano, great energy and friendliness.We already miss you guys! Food was great, lots of choices and fresh and delicious. During our 1 week stay, we had 3 dinners at specialty restaurants and our favorite was Mexican Don Gus restaurant. The dishes they had were not your typical Mexican food and they had great wine and beautiful view of the beach. As far as entertainment, every night at 9 pm they had an amazing show, we enjoyed all of them very much and they are all very talented. I can't recommend this resort enough, we had amazing time and would love to come back."

"Nice resort, really great service - particularly Oscar the manager of spa - we met him in the gym and he took us on a long tour of the facilities, spa,. and tennis court. Food was just ok, but resort and service more than made up for it."

"The Sunscape resort in Cancun is excellent! Every single staff member we encountered had a warm greeting for us always! This is an outstanding hallmark of your resort. Our oceanfront room was absolutely. PERFECT! We could hardly believe the amazing view from our balcony and how close we were on the beach. We rented a beach cabana for the entire day and what a great idea that is… Perfect location, great homebase for your beach activities, and great amenities from a delightful beach attendant! The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and again, the most gracious and kind staff always present! The front desk staff were super welcoming and helpful. Great gift shop and love the 24 hour café. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Room was upgraded for my birthday and it was amazing. The staff are helpful and friendly. There was fun things to do and water sports near by. We enjoyed everything about it. We had the nicest tucked away beach and snorkeled right off the resort."
