"Nuestra cuarta visita a Live Aqua, y lo primero que quiero resaltar es el servicio 5 estrellas. En cada estancia nos soprenden más tanto en servicio como en la comida que esta vez fue excepcional. Nos hicieron un upgrade a una suite, la cual recomiendo tomar en cuenta a la hora de reservar, espectacular!!! Hay opciones de comida todo el tiempo, desde la playa, la piscina, los restaurantes, las noches mexicanas, etc. El servicio en piscina excelente, siempre pendientes de que estuvieras bien servido, Usiel fue nuestro camarero. Quiero dar especiales gracias a Rosalino que año con años nos ha atendido y ayudado en todas nuestras necesidades, siempre dispuesto a que tengas la mejor estadía de tu vida, a Virgilio, Gerente Vip, que nos dio un trato cálido y con muy buena disposición para resolver nuestros requerimientos, a Morelia por el detalle en nuestra habitación, a Mayra y Mirian por su excelente atención. Live Aqua se esfuerza para que tengas unas gratas vacaciones, lo notas desde el momento que entras al hotel, no conozco otro hotel que tenga el nivel de servicio de ellos. Es un hotel que se vuelve tu favorito!! Esperamos regresar pronto!!"

"Fantastic hotel if you got kids and want a slow stay. Food options were excellent. Only issue was the pool is very small for the size of the hotel and pool chairs get snatched up by 8am. Beach is fantastic but unfortunately for us we were here during the seaweed season. Overall great pick"

"Our family's stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We would especially like to recognize José Coleaza from the Viña del Mar Buffet. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made every breakfast a wonderful experience. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure my wife, our young son, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. His exceptional service reflects the very best of this beautiful resort. Everyone we encountered throughout the hotel was amazing. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude from the entire team exceeded our expectations. It is clear that every employee takes great pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. My wife and son absolutely adored every moment of our week at this incredible resort. We created beautiful family memories that we will cherish forever, and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach team for making our vacation so special. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for outstanding service, luxury, and a truly family-friendly paradise. Five stars without hesitation!"

"The Vine was an absolutely amazing hotel. Me and my best friend went for our 40th birthdays and it was perfect. It was a 10/10 on all categories; food, pools, service, rooms, spa, gym… overall vibe. It was a beautiful experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an adult only all inclusive."

"The all inclusive hotel was well kept together, very convenient to shop around and catch the ferry to Isla mujeres. Only 1 thing to comment about is the loud noise that young adults would come from having too much fun at 3am, you can hear so much of the noise in the middle of the night."

"Our overall experience at the hotel was good, but it had a bump early on. At the restaurant, some waitresses took a long time to check on us and seemed disengaged, which was frustrating. But once we talked to the manager, things turned around. The bartender was fantastic, the concierge was top-notch, and the manager made sure we were taken care of after the complaint. They even surprised us with thoughtful touches to make up for the initial service issue. In the end, it was a positive stay, just keep an eye on consistency with the waitstaff!"
