"Haven Riviera was magnificent! My room was spotless. The maids cleaned the room in the morning and did a night turn down that included chocolates and a flower. The butler was fantastic and on point with reservations to ensure every night I ate at one of the fine restaurants on site. He even reserved an appointment for my hydrotherapy. All the staff are extremely nice and willing to assist. This was a great experience for me."

"Room was well prepared and maintained during our stay. Restaurant choices were good and food was good. Buffet was excellent. Beaches were absolutely top rated with lots of chairs, trees and umbrellas as well as a very attentive staff. Overall the staff was amazing and really seemed to be enjoying their jobs with big smiles and friendly hello’s. With only a couple of exceptions in the lobby bar, lobby snack area, towel service and lounge bar. Throughout the restaurants and around pools and beach the staff was outstanding. Would definitely return here on our next Cancun trip."
