"Noisy rooms"

"The location of this hotel is great- close to the subway and a lot of attractions. The hotel was very clean and safe. The complimentary breakfast was great! The only complain I had was I wish there was a mini fridge in the room. I will definitely come back next year!"

"The hotel looks very nice at first glance, but is in need of updates and maintenance. The first room they assigned us reeked of cigarette smoke. We asked for a new room and then the AC did not work at all in the second room. It just kept recirculating warm/muggy air. Thankfully we were visiting in April; it would have been unbearable in the summer. We decided to deal with it since we were only there for one night and at least it didn’t smell like we were sleeping in an ashtray. The “destination fee” amenities are not up-to-date and all we got out of it was a small lukewarm coffee and a sad pastry. Location was ok, price was nice, but the stay was miserable. I recommend looking elsewhere. "
