"I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. "

"An amazing stay with great views of the city from the hot tub. We loved how close the home was to the city without feeling like we were in a too crowded place."
"We booked this property a month in advance for 1 night. We were told that we would get entrance instructions but once it was around 6pm, we called what Hotels.com had listed as the property phone number. The person who picked up stated that they did not manage the property and couldn't help us. We then called Hotels.com and they tried to reach the property as well. We never did gain entrance and we had to scramble to find a place to sleep for family of 5. We spent 90 minutes on the phone trying...

She got us checked it, ordered a morning breakfast, and got us situated. Absolutely the BEST customer service. This was on August 12th at 3:00.
