Place was so busy with Easter weekend and guests had nowhere to sit, tables dirty, queue for bag long, queue for food long, coffe at breakfast takes 30mins to arrive, didn’t clean our room, didn’t replace towels when asked, complained to manager and nothing done about it. Stay clear and stay at any of the gorgeous places in the Cotswolds "

"Only stayed for one night. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, double wardrobe with plenty storage if staying longer. The bar area had a warm cosy atmosphere, there was a singer on who was very good. Would stay here again."

Had a long journey so we decided to eat a evening meal at the hotel. Was not disappointed, the food was superb. Enjoyed the pool, steam room and sauna the following day. Very clean, could not fault. Left the hotel feeling very satisfied with our choice and would love to return again. Ideal area if you want to visit the ‘Clarkson Empire’ and Cotswolds."
