"Room Staff and Breakfast were great. Asked for ground floor room and 1 couple in the group had mobility issues and were placed at the highest level in the hotel with very tiny elevator that wife was not comfortable using. Asked to be given another room but could not be accommodated. Restaurant not open on the day we were there. Breatfast over at 9:30am which is too early when you are on vacation and previous day was a very long travel day so needed a more relaxing morning."

"We had a wonderful stay at Cardo Roma, Autograph Collection! The hotel is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly made our experience memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make us feel at home. We especially appreciated the restaurant recommendations from the staff, which helped us discover places to enjoy during our stay. The hotel is a little farther from Rome’s city center, but we actually enjoyed being in a quieter area away from the crowds and heavy tourist traffic. It was a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, a beautiful hotel with outstanding service and wonderful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Cardo Roma to anyone visiting Rome!"

"The vending machine on the lobby doesn’t take card and also the water in the room taste disgusting, and the cleaning service starts to knock on your door at 8am which is tiring but overall it was pretty good"

"The rooms were clean the linens and towels were fine and most importantly clean. My issues with the rooms and hallway was the fact that the walls were dirty they could have used a good painting and the floors the rugs were stained and dirty. I kept airing out my room because it had a damp smell to it and it wasn’t pleasant Bathrooms were clean but for someone so short getting in and out of the tub even being younger was very hard. Over all the staff was helpful, I went down several times for coffee and was always taken care of not to mention they make a great cappuccinos they are next door to a shop that sells coffees and pastries, small Sandwiches and fresh squeezed oj I would definitely use this property again. Very affordable and an easy 30 minutes to the center of Rome by car or bus, and 30 minutes to the international airport."
