"The condo was spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The hot water in the shower didn't last long, but it was fine. They offer bicycle rentals for 100 pesos per day and it's less than 30 minutes ride to the beaches, 10 to the grocery store, and 15 ish to downtown. There is a pool, a gym, and parking available. We felt very safe there and it is within easy walking distance to some cheap taco stands and nicer restaurants, though the kitchen was very handy and we cooked daily. The staff is friendly and warm. We loved our stay and would stay again."

"Loved our stay & will be back. Stephanie was super accommodating and met all of our needs. My first time in Tulum & absolutely no complaints. Looks just like photos & the vibe was very peaceful ! 5 min drive to a strip with tons of affordable street food, and there are some restaurants on the strip as well. There’s also a beautiful park on the strip and the area feels safe. I would get a rental next time, but to only stay in the local area because some places take you through the actual jungle with no real road to be able to get to your destination. Easy to access a taxi tho. Tip: if you are planning to go to sculpture park it’s 20 min drive and located next to the beach so pack a bathing suit to enjoy the beach afterwards. There is a nice strip over there as well with bars and restaurants along the beach. We walked the beach and found several fun things to do over there. Food in that area was pricey in my opinion (compared to the strip by the hotel). "

"My stay at Tiki Tiki Tulum Hotel was nothing short of amazing! The property is absolutely stunning — every detail feels intentional and inviting, from the beautiful design to the serene surroundings. My room was spotless, spacious, and so comfortable, with everything I could possibly need. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Julie, Naomi, and Rosa were all so warm, welcoming, and attentive — they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. "Holistica was wonderful. It is not near to walk downtown or the beach area. If you plan to stay there and not venture out it is a great experience. If you want to spend more time in Tulum, you will need to rent a scooter or car."
