"Tuve una pésima experiencia, me quedé 5 noches y no tuve agua caliente, todos los días tenía que pedir que revisaran la calefacción, Ofrecen estacionamiento lo cual no tienen (solo tienen el un espacio en la calle), en todo el tiempo que me quede solo hicieron aseo una vez. Tampoco está aislado se escucha todo de las habitaciones del lado. "

"We had a wonderful stay at El Balcón del Sol. The 3-bedroom apartment was clean and much more spacious than we expected. Having a full kitchen and a large living room equipped with everything we needed made it feel like home. The host was very accommodating, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, and the WiFi was very reliable. After long days of trekking, being able to cook a meal and relax in the hot tub was the ultimate luxury. It was the perfect place to recharge."
