"This was the perfect hotel for us! It has so much character and captures the spirit of Rome. The rooms were well stocked and perfectly cleaned, the hotel was luxurious and affordable and the service was impeccable. A special shout out to Matteo at reception who gave us an insider’s guide to the best local gems. This was a quiet oasis in Trestevere and a 10 minute walk to bus stops to take us around the city."

"We had a great stay! The property was clean, the air conditioning was perfect after exploring Rome in 96 degree weather, and the double room fit 4 adults perfectly. My only slight concern with this hotel was that at first it was hard to find. It was inside an apartment complex and you had to buzz the hotel to get in. Once we realized this, we loved the privacy and quietness of the hotel, especially in a buzzing part of the city! I can’t recommend this hotel enough."

"We had a lovely stay overall, particularly because of the amazing room, excellent amenities and fantastic location. The rooftop views were beautiful and made our stay feel extra special. A special mention must go to Fernando from the concierge team, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was always on point, friendly and helpful, and provided us with all the information, advice and recommendations we needed. He genuinely helped us make the most of our time in Rome. However, Fernando worked within the concierge service rather than Guest Relations, and it should not have been left entirely to him to provide this level of support. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were given very limited information about the hotel’s facilities, rooftop areas or breakfast arrangements. We were also disappointed that, when we checked out, nobody asked whether we had enjoyed our stay or whether there was anything the hotel could have done better. These are important personal touches that we would expect from a hotel of this standard. We were visiting to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and I had arranged for a cake with a candle and a bottle of champagne to be delivered to our room at an agreed time while we were there, together with a “Happy Birthday” sing-song. However, the team arrived approximately half an hour too early and explained in front of my wife that they understood the cake and champagne were simply to be left in the room while we were out. This was not what had been arranged a"
