"Easy/quick check-in (although you have to pay extra for early checkin which really isn’t a new concept), extremely clean both common areas and rooms, daily room housekeeping which isn’t the norm nowadays, centrally located to a lot of things (the Eye, Big Ben, Westminster etc.). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to mt family and friends. "

"A few small problems with the room but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently Room was quite small with little storage space. We were glad we didn’t have large cases and many clothes. "

"Excellent location near to theatreland - the hotel is in excellent condition. Every member of staff we spoke to was really helpful and efficient - top marks for the staff. The only downside, is that the rooms can be very small, so you need to be aware of this. ok for a night or two but less comfortable for a longer stay. In a room with no window, it took a little time to get the temperature and ventilation to the right level but it was fine once we were familiar with the system."

"Paid 20% more to have bigger room but ended up with room smaller than our friends who did not upgrade. Location is very convenient however, the lift needs to be improved. it's one button to press for going up and down. so it's a long wait for lift (and lift is usually full if u are in the middle levels) "

"Quiet, comfortable room, with very good amenities- coffee machine, snacks and plenty of toiletries as well as a recycling bin. We had a very friendly welcome and the location is excellent. The decor in all the public areas is lovely. Very good value for money too"
