"The rooms were nice. However, the AC in window had dust and debris, and there were roaches near the fridge and counter area. I saw two, but never saw them again after putting my food away from the counter. They definitely could’ve crawled in my food if I didn’t notice them sooner. 2/10 Terrible

"DO NOT STAY here if you are visiting Panama City Beach Florida. I have been going to PCB my whole life is this was the worst experience I have ever had. Not only are the rooms nasty but cash was stolen from our room and we had to file a police report. Apparently we were not the only ones this happened to over the Memorial Day weekend. Conveniently enough the General manager and Asst General manager were not available to speak with the whole time and as of today (5.26.26 @ 12:00 a.m. est) I still have not heard a word from the Resort. PCB Police are investigating and hopefully I will hear something soon. Terrible vacation."

"If this property didn’t provide the ocean view, I would have had no reason to stay here. The floors of the hotel room were absolutely nasty. Random dirty marks on our linen, and to top it all off, in our stay they blocked off parking spots near our building for who knows what, so while we were packing up our car we couldn’t park our car anywhere close to load. Panama City is beautiful, I just wish I had a better experience in the stay."

"Ok so here is the most honest review you're going to get. If you have pets, want a cheap room, and like to party this place is the one for you. If you have a family with children - Avoid. If you are young women alone - Avoid. We stayed in room 117. The two rooms beside it are lived in. There were people knocking, talking, yelling, coming and going all hours of the night. There were groups of what appeared to be less fortunate people on bicycles all coming and going from one room beside the pool. This place was the pure definition of a "trap-motel". Now to our room. The AC blew cold, but had issues staying on. The floor had so much built up sand on it that we couldn't walk barefooted in the room or our feet would be black. The front door had a half inch gap between it and the floor allowing air, light, and sound in. The second bed when turned down had a massive yellow stain on the sheets. The bathroom walls and door jam were clawed up due to someone locking their dog in it. There was dried blood on the door and the jamb. There were mats of long brown hair on the shower wall and the side of the tub. Fortunately we're two guys, slept in one bed, and they had a place in the back parking lot for our dogs to potty. Location was great. Would not stay here again."
