Excellent bar downstairs. Great for a one night stay

The entire staff from reception to wait staff were very friendly and helpful, even printing out directions to Newgrange for us and calling to find out time for next tour. Crystal chandeliers and a lovely pub made a very nice impression. Very clean and comfortable room. We would have stayed another night, but they were booked and even contacted other hotels to check for us.

From the moment we pulled up outside this stunning house it felt like a wave of calm and relaxation came over us. The drive up to it, the stunning views from the front steps, the warm welcome we received from Shira all captured the essence of this beautiful place. When we arrived there was a few hiccups with our room however Shira on reception was the most accommodation helpful receptionist I have ever come across. She looked after us so well and could not do anymore for us. All of the staff...

Fabulous hotel and wedding venue. We stayed for the night of a friends wedding and it's just a beautiful hotel,perfect for a wedding as very ornate and romantic! We actually had our own wedding here,so lovely memories too! The only negative was that mobile phone and Internet coverage was practically non existent throughout the grounds of the hotel. This could be a plus for some though!

Nice hotel we had a room on the seventh floor.Lovely room amd nice view.Excellent food on the bar Menu.Service very efficent and served with a smile.My husband had a steak with a very smooth pint of guinness.I left my jacket behind.Thank you to the staff who brought it to reception for me.We went for a nice walk along the sea front Checkout was at 2pm.So we had time to relax with the papers and a nice shower before our drive home.Excellent for a relaxing break.

Everything about hotel was fab cleanliness 5/5 friendly staff very tasty breakfast only fault lot of noice for night club next door

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Room so spacious and bed so comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff . Breakfast was delicious , plenty of choices to choose from. Free car parking. Definitely be back Thank you

Lovely hotel, shuttle bus left a little late(10 mins) but other than that no problems

We had a lovely stay in the Imperial hotel recently, the service was beyond expectations. We had a lovely room on the 5th floor overlooking the town and had very large comfortable bed & water, tea, coffee and fresh towels daily, cleaned daily. The staff in reception are lovely and very helpful. I had just had healed from a surgery and we were looking for a nice break to relax and it was perfect. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

This hotel is lovely, with really helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect and food delicious! I would highly recommend to anyone
