Thanks so much for your review, Neil.Thank you for your kind feedback about our decor and food!Sorry to hear we missed the mark on some aspects of your stay with us.Our rooms are boutique, so we do differ to other hotels but we pack a mighty punch when it comes to in-room amenities which enhances the guest experience. We are sorry you didn't find the record player practical for your stay. Hi Kevin,Thank you for your review of The Dean Cork.Due to our central location and being neighbours with the Train Station, unfortunately from time-to-time you may hear some noise due to this, but this is not common and we have put many measures in place to reduce this issue. We have sound proofing in place, and trains do not run throughout the night, we do also provide complimentary Ear Plugs in the rooms should you be a light sleeper. We can always assign a quieter room to you on your next stay on the city side which has less train noise but may have more city-life excitement. The 5th floor would be our main restaurant and this finishes after service but I apologise if this caused disturbance for you. We class ourselves as a boutique property and although we do not have wardrobes, we make up for it with our unique in room touches such as the Marshall Amp, Smeg Fridges and Record Players... We can always accomodate with a clothing rail if requested. I am disappointed to hear that you had to send back your meal but I am glad they were able to remedy the situation for you.I am sorry to note you didn't love our decor and vibes, but I appreciate it's not to everyone's tastes. As a City Centre Hotel, it is rare to have Parking Facilities onsite. We do not advertise any parking facilities for the Hotel, but we do list on our website and through confirmation letters our suggestion for overnight parking to assist with this, as a City Centre Hotel space is at a premium.
