"Although the front desk person was friendly he didn't mention that our Suite--which required a walk across from the main hotel, was on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Castletroy Park Hotel
5/5 Excellent
"Great service "

"The room was very good with all the amenities we needed however it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that made our stay enjoyable.
The restaurant staff were very friendly and the service was excellent.
Luke, the Duty Manager, resolved the only minor problem we had to our complete satisfaction.
All in all, it was an enjoyable experience and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Limerick - especially by car - as the hotel is located at the edge of the town nearest the M7 and we never failed to get a parking bay in the underground car park. "

"Hotel is located in the shopping/dining district in Limerick. The street was tore up in front while we were there so we had to park in the parking garage a block away and carry our bags (not the hotel's fault). Hotel was very nice with a clean and comfortable room. The will vouch your parking ticket at two of the garages so it's half price. Ate at the in-house restaurant. Very good and prices were reasonable."

"The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable with good dining choices. It was close to downtown Limerick and buses. The staff was very helpful with busing choices, which was great! The immediate area, however, felt unsafe. Not a lot of people around and empty buildings."

"I lovely place, the building and grounds are beautiful… The restaurants excellent, and it is close to public transportation. We always enjoyed coming back from a long day of touring to the comfort of our room"

"We had to haul our luggage up the stairs. The lift only went to first floor. Our sheets were not changed in 5 days. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels and to get clean cups and glasses. The hotel is close to shops and has a good restaurant downstairs. Staff was very nice and helpful."
