"Location is great. Within 10mins walk to the Royal Mile and Train station. Parking is a challenge in town, for driving guests, good to quickly offload bags in front of the hotel and drive off. "

"Quiet location, bus stop is just outside the Pollock Halls grounds. Walking distance to the city. It is an old building, very charming and well maintained. However, there is no lift , staircases are narrow , getting help to bring luggage up can be a bit of of a wait. Overall, always a lovely stay."

"I didn't need either of those categories but I understand they are available, the hotel is clean and the staff are lovely and helpful, the breakfast menu is extensive and very tasty, with something for everyone, I cannot fault my stay in any area and would willingly return. "
