"Was left over chinese takeaway in fridge. Bed sheets were disgusting, lots of hairs and stains. Cups were unwashed. Decking was so slippy, green molud, nearly had a bad fall. Fold away chairs in main bedroom which seems to be from outside had spider nets. We came home after being there few hours and was meant to stay 4 nights. We were so disappointed, angry, deflated as saved up our hard earned cash for our 4 nights away and ended us coming home before we should have. "

"We loved sitting out on the patio area, watching the goings on around the place, the tv wasn’t on at all. Visited Brampton for some excellent food and loved the Lanercost Priory when we visited there. Miltonrigg woods was just 2 minutes drive for a lovely dog walk as well. Could have done with a parasol on the patio when the sun was strongest but our intention was met for a few days of chilling. The staff were all friendly and we had a lovely breakfast at the cafe on our departure. "

"The caravan is on a very clean delightful site. You are in the lakes but feel like you are on a beach holiday, so best of both worlds. Nice plot near the Children's park. Tidy caravan with everything you need. Met the staff on site, very helpful. Gorgeous homemade ice cream hut near the beach and has its own bar with entertainment. Owner excellent with communication, everything you need for a family holiday. All you need in Millom including Tesco's and eateries. Food deliveries even to caravan....

Antler Lodge is an excellent choice, we found everything we needed and more. We loved the theme and the little touches that made us feel at home. I would recommend to anyone.Thank you"

"This lodge is set in a quiet but beautiful setting just outside Keswick. It has ample parking and access to a reliable and frequent bus service - so important in the Lakes! The lodge is spacious, with lots of light, fabulous views towards Derwent Water and the Derwent Fells from the living area and outside terrace. The facilities are great with 2 bathrooms serving 3 double bedrooms. The kitchen/dining/living area is very comfortable and an enjoyable living and relaxing space. The WiFi...

"Great location, good walks, pub on site, also one about a mile walk. Ten minute drive from Windermere.Only complaint is the outside decking area could do with some TLC especially with the better weather coming"
