The location is incredible, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, the property is beautiful as was our suite, and The Club Access was a perk that will have us booking at The Langham every time we come to NYC. "Hotel is conveniently located in walking distances to restaurants and stores (Macy's is only 10 minutes walk). Our room was at the 23rd floor with nice view of the Empire State Building. The room and bathroom had a good size in comparison to other hotel rooms in New York. The Bar and Restaurant in the lobby are nice, and the food was good. We definitely would stay at the Hotel again on our next trip to New York."
