"This is a nice hotel. Small elevators. They give you the ability to leave your luggage with them. The concierge is so nice. The rooftop is a an excellent touch. It is however very expensive. $220-250 a night."

"Walking distance to Spanish steps, trevi fountain. Convenience stores nearby. Walking distance to many dining options. Room was exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was included- tasty. Depends where room is facing, can be noisy with car and siren noises. Other than that, enjoyed our stay. "

"The hotel staff was very helpful. Front desk staff was able to accommodate us by keeping our luggage for one night as we made a short trip to Florence. One person who made a huge difference was the bartender (I think his name was Manuel but I may have misheard). He made a huge impact one evening when there we not many customers. He shared much of his knowledge and experience with us. It gave us a much better understanding of the local culture and history. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!! Some items...

"It’s so hard to rate this property. The staff were fantastic, in particular Marcello on reception. The hotel is very dated and needs a makeover. A shower over the bath just doesn’t cut it these days. The area around the hotel is very dirty and seems unsafe, but I wasn’t harassed at all. There are lots of police and soldiers in and around the station. Overall, I’d go back again but some people may need to be wary of the location."
