"I love the hotel. The staff was always friendly. The only thing I didn't was that they close the bar at 12:00am on Saturday in a resort. I have not ever seen that and not having a Disco it makes worst. "

"Villa De Rosa was exactly as described. Our 2 bedroom Ocean view condo was amazing and in good condition unlike several places in Mexico we have stayed at. The beach and ocean was perfect with great snorkeling and swimming area's. Tony was amazing as advertised and was incredible helpful and always available. he would call us a taxi when needed and made sure we where taken care of. He also helped many guest with getting a rental car. the location is very central to all the best activities from Tulum to Playa Del Carmen. We recommend renting a car which we did for our last 3 days as the taxis are very expensive and shopping for groceries is a bit tricky without a car. I highly recommend this condo resort!! "

"The room was spotless, I would leave a note and a tip and the lovely person would go over and above to meet my needs. I loved how kind the staff was, the food was excellent! My teenage daughter and I did this trip to see what it was like and we are going to bring back my sons and husband for Spring break. We are going to stay in the Luxury part for the private pool area.
