"The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. We spent time in the lobby bar and it has a very upscale vibe. The room was a little dated-especially the tub/shower. The parking garage is a couple of blocks away and not the most convenient. The downside of this hotel was actually the unfriendly staff. The valet attendant or possibly he was the bellman never once looked up, smiled or said hello during the many times we were in and out of the hotel. Check-in was awkward as well. Overall the stay was good."

"Absolutely beautiful building! The staff was so great and helpful our rooms AC went out and they got us in a new room so fast it was unbelievable. Everyone was incredibly nice and the breakfast was so very good!"
