"I saw the laundry room but didn't need it "

"This was an awesome hotel! We enjoyed our stay, and the amenities were great. My only complaint is that parking was not the best, especially because there was a large 50th anniversary party in the conference room. The parking lot was full and the streets were lined. I don’t know that there’s a solution, but maybe warn guests of potential parking issues. We had to park in a different parking lot. "

"The room was very clean and in good repair. The outlets were a little loose but still worked. We did not use the heat or air as the room was just the right temperature for us. The main complaint would be that even though we were in a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke. We attempted to air it out, but the smell came back after closing the patio door. (the smell might have been coming from the chair that showed signs of having been in a smoking room at some time)"

"Great meal in the steak house. Best ever. The water heater attached to the bathtub does not produce water hot enough for a bath. Room 920. WE wish the pool would stay open longer. WE always use the hot tub on every visit. Please fix the outdoor hot tub. Please, please, please. "

"I booked an additional night through Hotels.com due to my home flooding but accidentally selected the wrong date. Payment was made at 12:06 p.m., and I immediately corrected the date once I realized the mistake. Despite providing proof, the general manager required us to leave, citing a five hour policy that had not yet been exceeded. I was traveling with three children, and the situation was handled with no flexibility or professionalism. Very disappointing experience."
