"We had little bit bad start with the room, it was feeling uncleaned and was setting of amenities for 2 people although the booking was for 3. But the moment we contacted the receptionist she apologized and checked for another room for us. Eventually they upgraded us to bigger and better room with an amazing view that changed our whole stay to become an unforgettable vacation. Very recommended and amazing service. "

"My choice when in Dubai for over 10 years now, this hotel gets better each time. A really happy staff team who cater to your every need. The place is spotless. The food/snack drink options were varied, tasty, fresh and healthy, and good value. I love that the hotel is close to everything including a metro station, has shuttle services to the beach and major shopping malls, but is in a quieter area, with outdoor ground level pool and recreation areas. You can "escape" the noise and bustle of Dubai as much or as little as you want."
