Modern hotel with great social Spaces, and convenient location. Beds were super comfortable and really liked the dry bar Toiletry products. Highly recommend for families.

Hotel was fine but bed sheet had a large stain that looked like somone had urinated the bed. How anyone could make the bed and not expect this large stain to be queried is beyond me.

While it's quite expensive to stay here, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff from bellmen, front desk, restaurant and bar are all wonderful!

Reha was really great to resolve an issue that we had with the laundry facilities and was very accommodating! Thank you so much for all that you did to make this okay with us. The whole team in general was pleasant and wonderful and the property was REALLY GREAT! We had a great view! The breakfast was awesome! And the 7th floor facilities were really really a great feature, especially with the super-late hours to work, hangout, have a pint or watch the game! So nice!!! We will be back!!

Excellent stay at the Aloft
The Aloft was conveniently located to my son’s university and his apartment. The staff were super helpful, the rooms were modern and spacious, and the restaurant next to the hotel had a nice selection and good food. A little expensive but convenient for times it made sense to eat close to where we were staying. I will definitely stay next time in Dublin.

My room was not ready at check in time and the reception did not mention that the continental breakfast was not free nor did they mention that we could pay the night before. The concierge on the other hand was excellent!!

The cost of the property does not meet the expectation for what you paid for it. I booked it with Expedia at one rate and got charged a totally different rate and then I was told to take it up with Expedia. Not happy and demand a partial refund. Also, we had no Internet and therefore I was unable to do any work whatsoever When I approach the front desk, they totally ignored my issues

The hotel is very clean and modern. The 7th floor bar is really nice and the complimentary coffee/latte machine is very convenient. The hotel rooms are very small even compared to European standards, especially at almost $300/night including taxes and fees. The rooms should be larger at that price point. We booked from a night before arriving to guarantee a room, our initial room did not have working heat. We called the front desk and they sent building engineer immediately, however he was not able to get the heat going for us. They quickly moved us to another room on the same floor with working heat. Apart from that no other issues to note. Thank you!
