If you are looking for somewhere a lot cheaper than a hotel to stay in when in Dublin, this is great. It is in a nice area with a lot of good amentities, and is a 10 minute walk away from the main city centre. The only thing I would highlight it that you are staying in student accomodation and the walls are very thin, so noise travels easily. We had to tell our neighbours a couple of times to turn down their music. As I say, I would still recommend this place and I think it's a great alternative, but just keep in mind that noise is something you might have to deal with.

We like that this property is located within walking distance of downtown Dublin and was a good value compared to other Dublin hotels. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we found a nice pub right across the street. The facility is bare bones, but had access to a kitchen and an ensuite bath. The room and bath were simple, but clean.

Very underwhelmed
Massively overpriced for a very basic "hotel" room. Advertise it for what it is... A student halls of residence not a hotel. Bed, desk and small ensuite shower room. No TV or tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. Functional, clean but not worth the price, even for Dublin.

Excellent value for money
Excellent accommodation close to Smithfield area and access to Luas tramline. Lovely little pub outside the front door. Very friendly and helpful reception. Also a great cafe with shop in the building. Highly recommend.

Directions were off on google maps. Sheets and towels were dirty and not neatly placed. Cleaning staff was loud and noisy early in the morning. The room was overpriced and terrible.

As long as you know what you are getting into, (university dorm room) it was a place to sleep and was very safe. Noise and comfort was lacking

Needed a low cost hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was clean and convenient for what we needed. The only downside was the cleaners hoovering outside our rooms at 8am in the morning when trying to sleep. Had to ask them to stop. The mattress also very thin and uncomfortable.

Great location and good accommodation. Only complaint is parking outside is limited to 3 hours at a time which is a real issue if you are in a car.

Whilst this was clean then the bed was small - it certainly wasn’t a double and it was uncomfortable. With the window just a few inches from a brick wall it felt like a cell - very claustrophobic.

Clean and affordable
Convenient if you dont mind walking about 10 minutes to the River Fiffey to catch busses or taxi. Bare bones room but only sleeping in room so who cares. We enjoyed it.

Nice budget friendly place
It was a nice big room with 2 small beds, room was hot but thats not their fault it was unusually warm in Dublin. They supplied us a fan to get by. There is a shared kitchen with all amenities if you dont feel like eating out. Decent location, only a 15 minute walk to downtown.

This is a student hall of residence that operates as a hotel outside of term time. The rooms are basic but functional, fine for a cheap stay if you don't intend to stay long in the room itself. There's no TV or tea/coffee making facilities in the room itself though both are available in the communal kitchen area. The communal kitchen is a little grubby, though I suspect that's how other guests are leaving it rather than a problem caused by lack of hotel cleaning. It's a little out of the way of the way for the main part of the city, about ten minutes walk to the nearest public transport links.

Very nice front desk staff. Bed was quite uncomfortable, incredibly loud dorm areas! We had a pretty disappointing stay being kept up late by yelling in the courtyard and doors slamming all night. The bed was very small and uncomfortable for the price. Also very very hot, no fan provided. To keep the window open and have air flow you’d have to keep the blinds open which look directly into the other rooms.

Good value, nice stay.
This place is a bit off the beaten path, but the space was clean and a great value. The noise from the bar across the street was frustrating at night, but out of the control of Suite Dublin. Would recommend for one or two people only. If you’re unfamiliar with the city, plan for extra time to get there. The tram at Smithfield is the closest station but still a 10 minute walk.

Swuite Dublin was in a good location for everything we wanted to see or do in the area. We were able to walk everywhere which was nice. The room was very small and the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was doable for the few nights we were there.

Great staff. Terrible sleep.
Probably wouldn’t stay again. The mattress was awful (you could feel every spring and it creaked loudly any time you moved), some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, and there were hairs left in the room from previous guests. All that said, the staff were friendly and helpful. Staff deserve 10/10. Room is a 2/10.

Bare bones accommodation... but we expected that when we booked. Staff were great, even when there was a maintenance issue with our room. It was very warm in our room because it was 28+C in Dublin during our stay, and there is no AC. The bed is quite small and not comfortable. But if a weird smell from bathroom. Far from terrible... but be prepared for limited amenities.

Lovely stay in a clean hotel! Lighting was very good and there was a good amount of space for the price! Only thing is I wish the check in was earlier than 4pm/ check out later than 10pm but apart from that it was pleasant
