I felt very safe staying here as a solo female traveler. It was in a handy location and the room/bathroom were great. Would love to have had some hand soap/hand towel though!

The staff were fabulous, anything we needed they would have right away. Had an issue with the shower on day one and they fixed is super super quick for us! Small room (which I knew ahead of time) but lots and lots of stage space which was awesome! Bedding and comfortability wasn’t amazing, but totally fine for a couple of days. Had lots of amenities to take advantage of and not too far from city centre! Would recommend if on a budget or solo travelling!

It was very convenient, clean, great price, well kept, new and great showers. I thoroughly enjoyed it albeit it was a student living residence. I'm 36 and didn't feel anything odd about it. It's great for a short term stay for a great price.

Central, noisy and uncomfortable
Was not aware when booking this was a shared apartment situation for students. Brought my Mother who only managed a day there. Few creature or home comforts, run by students and you can tell! Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, lumpy thin mattress on plank of wood. It’s definitely not a double bed. Very noisy with the busy road beside, hard to sleep at all. We could not lock the door for the duration of our stay, they did try to help but couldn’t fix it. It was overpriced for the offer, unfortunately therefore I would not recommend.

The electronic lock on the door would not lock, so we had to put our valuables behind their desk while we were out during the day because the room was insecure. They were unable to fix it during a weekend. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and the room was fine, but incredibly expensive for what it was.

Very little value for money
I paid nearly 200euro a night mid-week..... they forgot to put sheets on my bed, so I ended up having to make my own bed, not even soap or anything in the bathroom, no hand towel, no bins in the room and I developed a deep cough after 2 nights sleeping there which cleared the next night when I was home.

This property is not a hotel. For my money it wasn't worth the price, but will do in a pinch. Outside of Expedia it is referred to as Student Accommodations. It seems to be run by students, with no experience and very little training. Kavanaugh Court is definitely a no-frills accommodation in every possible way. It was comfortable enough, but lacked some of the amenities one would normally expect from a hotel, such as soap, telephone, decor, television, etc.. I had to ask for hangers, toilet paper and towels. The overall cleanliness wasn't terrible but definitely below most hotel standards.

Personnel très agréable et disponible. Chambre moderne avec beaucoup de rangements et résidence possédant de nombreux services ! J’ai fortement apprécié résider dans cet résidence et je la recommande. PS : La résidence accepte même de nous garder nos valises après le check out pour la journée et gratuitement. Vraiment top !

Die Klospülung wurde erst am 3. Tag nach dreimaliger Reklamation provisorisch in Gang gesetzt. Die gesamten sanitären Einrichtungen machten keinen guten Eindruck. Eine Klobürste war nicht vorhanden.

Instalações e localização boas, limpeza má.
Instalações e localização muito boas. Funcionários muito simpáticos :) Guardaram nos as malas depois do check out até à hora de irmos para o aeroporto. O quarto não tem televisão :( o quarto é alugado como sendo para 2 pessoas, mas a cama não é de casal, para 2 pessoas de estrutura média pequena é ok, mas se forem de estrutura grande, não recomendo. Almofadas super confortáveis. A limpeza não é a melhor, cabelos na casa de banho, pasta de dentes seca nos azuleijos e chão muito sujo.
