"The room was clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Probably one of the best hotel showers - on the smaller side but amazing pressure, and water was hot almost instantly."

"Our go to hotel whenever we are in Manhattan, NY. It’s in a very convenient location, near Grand Central station. Good restaurants nearby. The hotel has water bottles for us to refill drinking water. Tea & coffee are complimentary on the 27th floor."
