"Had an amazing stay! Absolutely amazing and hospitable staff! Amazing breakfast buffet. The first night we had some issues with a lot of noise and they changed our room right away the next morning. Overall amazing experience :) So close to all amenities and all things to see. We loved the location and absolutely loved everything about it."

"Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Pool facilities were lovely and relaxing especially considering how poor the weather was the weekend we visited. Really excellent location for getting around the city as well as Waverley train station. Breakfast was also lovely. I would definitely stay again!"

"Though the location on Southbridge was excellent for Waverley rail station, the surrounding area was very busy with many vulnerable people about and I felt intimidated. The hotel and lobby were quite secure with a constant presence of reception staff."
