The staff were always on hand to help and very polite and welcoming. The room was lovely and it was great having the air con. Breakfast was nice, although if you're looking for a full English they don't provide that there. Had a lovely dining area to sit and eat. Great place to stay and would highly recommend staying there.

This is a nice hotel within walking distance from Old Town and therefore major attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but that's the case with most hotels in major cities in Europe.

Great stay at Point A, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. An additional pillow, fridge and kettle would have made the stay even better, but we really enjoyed our stay
