We liked our place. The double bed was quite small, and the combination laundry with wash/dry was ok but very small and not that efficient. It was nice having a kitchen and a clean space to stay. Decent location in new town near the gardens. The staff were very nice and check in and luggage hold worked out perfectly.

Great location and easy to get to the tram, Waverly station, Princes St. and other sites. Check-in was through a web app and any communication needed to go through Whatsapp. Looks like a lot of remodeling happening. Digital keys were iffy at times. Any kind of issue (and we had a few) that arose needed to go through WhatsApp. Property took about 12-24 hours to respond so if there was an emergency, not sure who to contact. Apartment was nice, but not enough lighting in any rooms (dark even in morning). Shower was lukewarm with no fix. Washer door stuck. Wanted to rent an extra night or get in early, but staff was no help. Was directed to Expedia which stated there were no rooms; however, barely saw other guests. Had to rent a room elsewhere. Overall it was a fine stay, but communication, hospitality and assistance with guest reservations would improve the property's appeal.

Great location in New Town with Old Town just few walkable minutes away. Tram & main train station nearby. Could enjoy Fringe, Tatoo, Film and Book festivals and come back to comfortable space.
