"We had a great experience at this hotel, especially for the price! The hotel is a little older, but it was clean, the food was good, and there were plenty of pools spread across multiple floors. The new splash pad and kids’ pool were a big hit, and the kids absolutely loved them. The location was very convenient, close to shops and the boardwalk, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a great value for the money and a fun place for a family vacation."

Super family hotel with great entertainment ... Make sure to book half board ! great pools and vistas are gorgeous ! Get a seaview room ! Food is very good in the buffet and great for kids...though I thought 10 Euro For a Baileys a little expensive ! Service at the beach club can be a little haphazard and this needs to be improved to bring it to five star! We were left waiting way too long and I noticed other guests were irritated at having to wait on food , bills and drinks ... Careful...

The hotel is around 500m away from the beach, with a large pool area (partially heated). Lot of amenities, with Spa, Fitness, Squash, Tennis, Football, Minigolf, Archery and very nice mini-club. Food was much better than expected. Good varieties, both on a daily basis and within the 10 days we stayed. Always 2x meat and 2x fish freshly cooked on the plate. Noodles varieties to assemble yourself. Very friendly staff. Evening shows also better than expected (or I am getting old). Reasonable prices...

Stayed first week of May with my wife and 2 kids under 6 years of age. Booked and highly recommend the double garden rooms with inter-connecting doors so adults in one room and kids in 2single beds across the divide. Hotel is gorgeous from the minute you enter and all Staff were excellent all thru the week. Great varieties of food at breakfast each morning. Everything from hot to cold food across 5 different breakfast stations. You will always find something to eat for the kids each...

From check in to check out we had a great experience at this hotel. Staff were very good in all,departments. This is an adult only hotel with 2 beautiful pools,on site, with fabulous mosaic beds at the side of the pools. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The hotel is so,clean and so modern, large bathrooms and the hotel is so clean. The only negative I would have is the amount of steps to get down on to the main prom area. It is very near to the beach. From check in to check out...

Just back from 2 weeks in this hotel. I honestly cannot say anything bad about it. It was very centrally located, clean, staff were polite and helpful, very nice layout for the hotel rooms and pool area, everything is very close and accessible. I suppose the only frustrating thing was the sun loungers (I guess you’ll get that everywhere) people queuing at 8am then all gone by 10am / 11am, many just with towels on them. Life guards are helpful and will take towels off if they think people are...

Stayed in 2 bed apartment for 8 nights with friends, we had an amazing time & will definitely come back next year to stay in Sunset Bay. The apartments are very spacious, clean and modern, have everything you need, all staff were extremely friendly & helpful. There is a courtyard area with shop and a few bars, entertainment most days. Very close to beach with numerous bars & restaurants to choose from
