"Our room was clean, spacious and well presented. Taps in the bathroom could do with an update. Room would be enhanced with a little flair in the decoration. We used the pool, which was great. We ate in the bar area overlooking the beautiful gardens. You don't have to book a table as you do in the dining room. The food was excellent and waiter efficient and friendly. We then had drinks on the terrace overlooking the lake. Breakfast was very good with lot's of selection. Would recommend 👌 "

"Me and my hushad an amazing weekend for our 1st anniversary, food was excellent location was fantastic. Hottub in the forrest was an experience, although the Sauna was a little too small, not much value for money we paid on the twilight package we picked. Next time we would just book the hottub. Peacocks roaming around the grounds feeding out of your hands was something else. I would highly recommend a stay at Ruthin Castle. "
