"The whole staff is beyond accommodating. The outstanding level of kindness from everyone, From the first moment we stepped in to the Ampersand Hotel was the winning factor for me. My stay was a true joy!! And it really made our vacation exceptional this is what makes this Hotel the best!! Not only a beautiful hotel, and the best restaurant in Kensington. "Unfortunately, the room size was a bit too small for 2 people, but everything else was excellent. The SPA and breakfast was great, all rooms were clean and well maintained. There is a Starbucks cafe in the ground floor also available and the bar to serve drinks to people. The location of hotel is very well positioned, just 3 minutes aways from the tube or the main road with plenty bus options."
