The Bailey's Hotel London Kensington
8/10 Good
"My honest review. To start with on the hotels.com site I booked the hotel with the listing said they had an airport shuttle. They did not which was not good. This is a nice and clean hotel and close to the train or buses or hop on hop off buses. Also close to food and shops. Good location. There is no Ada ramp for the entrance which wasn’t helpful. But they have a lift/elevator to go to ur room. The room I was put in was small but nice. I noticed the bed was too firm and I couldn’t sleep good because the bed was uncomfortable. It even gave me sciatica. Also 2 pillows were stained and the rug looked dirty like it needed a cleaning. But the other bedding was soft and clean. I suggest to provide 2 new soft and 2 medium firm pillows and a medium firm pillow top bed. Also I didn’t get a view. I also like getting travel soaps from the hotel which they didn’t have. They did provide large shower soaps that stay in the hotel though. Also the shower door was glass and made the small shower smaller. I also kept hearing a squeaky noise from the elevators all night. But overall the extra breakfast service was fabulous and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I wish they had a jacuzzi or small pool. This is a good hotel. If they made some small changes. Would stay again if they had more comfortable beds."

Bluedaws Private Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We had a really pleasant stay at Bluedaws Private Hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the whole hotel was kept clean and tidy throughout. The staff were absolutely amazing — very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which really made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was also very nice and a great start to the day. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and felt it was good value for a stay in London. We would definitely consider staying here again and would happily recommend it to others, especially families visiting London."
