"Great hotel"

"Very welcoming and clean, would very much recommend having the breakfast. Only negatives were the room was like an oven on arrival and the tv had a 5am alarm set so came on and woke us all up "

"We throughly enjoyed our stay. Evidently the hotel is New New, everything is perfect. Even the carpets smelt New. We stayed in a 6 berth, 2 double bunks and a single set of bunk beds, which for 5 of us was perfect. The room itself was large with plenty of space. The accessible shower/WC provided plenty of space. I would urge the management to keep a close eye on the fixtures of the metal bed frames, with frequent use these will become loose and the bed frames will squeak!! The provision of USB both A and C by the side of every bed is a cracking idea. The shelf with the coffee machine could be a little larger, as the machine has to sit sideways! The free water cartons and coffee facilities were a nice touch. My wife made use of the provided hair dryer. Perfectly located near to Earls Court tube station. Some other hotel chains could learn a thing or two regarding the bunk beds for larger family groups without the need to purchase 2 rooms with an adjoining door. We would definitely consider staying again when the time comes."

"I was really impressed with this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful both at the front desk and the bar/restaurant. Excellent location. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was good quality and plentiful. It was nice as well to have up to 11am to eat breakfast."

Perfect location, close to trains and buses, and right off the border of central london. All of your essentials can be found right around the corner. Friendly staff! Would definitely recommend "
