The staff were incredibly attentive, polite, and professional - nothing I needed was ever too much trouble, which made travelling alone feel especially comfortable and enjoyable. My room was spotless and even upgraded from my original booking. It was such a lovely surprise and made working from the room an absolute pleasure. The food was excellent, and the late-night bar offered a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day. This hotel had always been on my list of places to stay, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I’m already looking forward to returning. Thank you for such a lovely experience!"

However, the T.V. was completely misplaced—it faced the wall, making it impossible to watch, so I never used it. The hotel was quiet, and it’s within walking distance of Cromwell Hospital, which was very helpful."
